Preparing for Love

Embarking on the journey to find meaningful connections can be both exciting and challenging. Through a faith-centered lens, I support singles (and those who are dating) in building self-awareness, healing past wounds, and developing healthy relationship skills. Together, we will explore what truly matters to you, inviting spiritual guidance to empower you to attract and nurture authentic love. This process fosters confidence and readiness for a fulfilling partnership grounded in faith and purpose.

Common areas we may explore:

  • Attachment challenges

  • Self-love and identity

  • Relationship patterns

  • Understanding and accepting emotions

Because everyone has different pricing needs, I offer various services at different price points:

  • Individual therapy allows you to have your needs met in a one-on-one manner. Working with me individually costs $125 per session, and a couple's session is $150. I do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a Superbill for potential reimbursement.

  • Group sessions are not the same as group therapy. The groups I offer are educational and allow you to learn new information that can help you accomplish your goals while allowing you to commune with others, which studies show is a highly beneficial part of growth. I offer both a group for singles and one for couples; each group is a six-week commitment. The individual group is $35 per session, and the couple's group is $50 per session.

  • I will soon be offering monthly virtual workshops that you can attend from the comfort of your home. These workshops will focus on various topics that can help you grow. Each workshop will be donation-based.

  • Lastly, the videos I post on TikTok, YouTube, and my blog are all free, and I encourage you to share them with other people.

If you are interested in starting individual or couples therapy with me, or if you would like more information on the Superbill, please complete the form below. If you would like to be notified about the next group session or workshop, please email me at azia@therelationshiprefinerycounseling.com

Ready when you are

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or schedule a consultation when you feel ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply.

  • Yes, a free 15-minute consultation helps us decide if we’re a good fit. This consultation is via phone call.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a call—I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • That’s completely okay. We move at your comfort level. Therapy is a safe space, but it is also a space to be challenged.

  • I do not accept insurance directly. You may choose to pay privately at the time of service and submit a superbill to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you would like assistance determining whether your plan may reimburse for out-of-network mental health services, I can provide a sample superbill and guidance on what information your insurer typically requires (diagnosis code, CPT code, session date/length, provider information).

If direct insurance billing is essential for you, we can discuss referrals to in-network providers.

  • That choice is yours. We offer both virtual or in person sessions to meet your needs.
